Dana Rosdahl surrendered her nurse practitioner license in 2015 after the Arizona State Board of Nursing found her guilty of violating the Nurse Practice Act in relation to four complaints from patients. One of the complaints was from Alyssa Goodale, whose tragic story was told by the Phoenix New Times.
Rosdahl has been associated with the pseudoscience groups Institute for Functional Medicine and ILADS. There is no Lyme disease in Arizona, but that fact did not stop Rosdahl from making unsubstantiated diagnoses.
